TO ALL GUESTS:
Kindly note that Paying Guest House is part of our home and not like a guest house.
We retain the rights to make changes to your admission, duration of stay and choice of room here.
For security reasons we will request you to provide with government issued photo identity and other documents for your identification to our complete satisfaction.
Advance payment for room is mandatory.
Please do not use any lock of your own. We try to provide a high level of security, but we are not responsible for valuables in your room.
Smoking and drinking Alchol is strictly prohibuted in your allotted room.
Please do not use any heavy electrical appliances in the room.
Minimum duration of stay should be 6 months and prior notice of 1 month should be intimated before vacating the room.
Please conserve resources like water and electricity. Use fresh water judiciously. Switch off T.V., A.C., Cooler, fan and lights even when you leave the room for a short time.
To ensure the safety of the A.C. machines we may switch them off up to thrice for half an hour each time in twenty four hours. (From 0600 – 0630, 1400 – 1430 and 2200 – 2230 hours).
We reserve the right to verify information submitted to request reservation.
