images in electronic form. We can process most formats, including
Photoshop, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PICT, & TIFF files. While every
situation is different, most images should be between 10 and 100k in
size. We cannot accept transparencies or negatives for any graphic
materials.

:-The best way to send logos and other line art is in EPS, Illustrator
7.0, or Postscript format. If the file contains any specific fonts,
please include them. Otherwise, a medium to high resolution image file
is acceptable. Business cards are the hardest to work with due to poor
image quality.

saved in either GIF, JPEG, or Flash 6 compatible format. (Note: all

Sending Materials
:-Materials may be emailed to info@noidapg.com, as long as the the files are no larger than one megabyte. You can send files on CD-ROM, ZIP, or standard floppy disks to:

Payment Terms
:-All payments must be made by cheque or bank draft
denominated in Indian rupees or US dollars and issued in favour of
"PG House" and drawn on a bank or financial
company with retail operations in New Delhi, India. The payment must be
couriered to:

Full payment for the period booked must be made
against a pro forma invoice which will be sent to the client by e-mail.
Conventional (i.e. printed) pro forma invoice will NOT be sent UNLESS

Refund on premature termination of contract
:-The provision of refund applies with at least a
30-day prior notice. In such a case, refund of payment for the
remaining impressions at the end of 30-day or at the last day of the
contract.
